Welcome to AhlanCard (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using ahlancard.com, purchasing NFC cards, or subscribing to our digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Offered

AhlanCard provides:

• NFC-enabled digital business cards
• Digital vCard profiles and management platform
• Subscription-based SaaS services
• Optional add-ons and enterprise solutions

Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually as selected).
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. NFC Cards & Digital Profiles

• NFC cards redirect users to hosted digital profiles.
• Physical damage, misuse, or loss of cards is not our responsibility.
• Profile content is managed by the user and must comply with applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or misleading content
• Use the platform for spam, fraud, or malicious activities
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the platform

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, branding, and designs are the property of AhlanCard and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AhlanCard shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or business interruption
• Device compatibility issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if these terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to UAE courts.
