Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
• Partial usage periods are not eligible for refunds.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will stop future billing but services remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

3. NFC Card Orders

• Physical NFC card orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical errors caused by AhlanCard
